1. General Policy
All payments are considered final and non-refundable, except in specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
- The service was not provided due to our fault
- A duplicate or incorrect charge occurred
- The appointment was canceled within the allowed cancellation period
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Services have been fully completed
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preference or change of mind
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before appointment)
- No-shows (failure to attend appointment)
4. Service Issues & Corrections
If you are not satisfied with your service:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of your appointment
- We may offer a service correction or adjustment instead of a refund
- Corrections are provided at our discretion
5. Deposits
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Deposits may be applied to rescheduled appointments if notice is given within the allowed timeframe
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Customers are encouraged to contact us before filing a dispute
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Permanent refusal of future service
- Additional investigation or action
