Refund Policy

At Fabulous Nails and Skincare, we are committed to providing high-quality services. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking.


1. General Policy

All payments are considered final and non-refundable, except in specific circumstances outlined below.


2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • The service was not provided due to our fault
  • A duplicate or incorrect charge occurred
  • The appointment was canceled within the allowed cancellation period

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Services have been fully completed
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference or change of mind
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before appointment)
  • No-shows (failure to attend appointment)

4. Service Issues & Corrections

If you are not satisfied with your service:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of your appointment
  • We may offer a service correction or adjustment instead of a refund
  • Corrections are provided at our discretion

5. Deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Deposits may be applied to rescheduled appointments if notice is given within the allowed timeframe

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Customers are encouraged to contact us before filing a dispute
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
    • Permanent refusal of future service
    • Additional investigation or action
