CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: April 14, 2026

At Fabulous Nails and Skincare, we value your time and ours. Please review our cancellation policy carefully.


1. Cancellation Notice

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are considered late cancellations

2. Late Cancellations

  • Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit
  • In some cases, up to 100% of the service fee may be charged

3. No-Shows

  • Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be considered a no-show
  • No-shows may be charged 100% of the booked service
  • Future bookings may require full prepayment

4. Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance
  • Deposits may be transferred to the new appointment time

5. Late Arrivals

  • Arriving late may result in:
    • Reduced service time
    • Full service charge still applied
  • If you arrive excessively late, we may cancel your appointment

6. Salon-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to:

  • Staff availability
  • Emergency situations
  • Unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, customers will be offered:

  • Rescheduling, or
  • A full refund if payment was made

7. Agreement

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
